General Information on Gliders Gymnastics

Our Junior Academy features classes for younger children: 

• Monkey’s Program: Designed for children aged 18 months to 3 years, this is a parent participation class. 
• Tigers and Lions Programs: Tailored for children aged 4 to 5 years. 

Please note: 

• One adult (18+) must be present and actively involved during the Monkey classes. 
• Hands-on participation is required throughout the entire session. 
• Only enrolled children may participate; siblings not enrolled, including babies in carriers, are not allowed in the class area. 

This policy ensures a safe and engaging environment for all participants. Thank you for your understanding. 

For children aged 6 to 17 years, our Academy offers Beginning Classes that progress through multi-level programs. We also provide Tumbling and Urban Acrobatics classes, along with special activities such as Day Camps and Holiday Events. 

Join our team as a Part-Time Coach for ages 18 months and up. To apply, bring your application to our location or email it to us.  

The mission of Gliders Gymnastics is to provide a safe and caring environment in which each child knows they have value. We strive to teach respect, confidence, self-esteem, self-discipline, and work ethic to enable each child to be the best athlete and person they can be.  

Gliders Gymnastics is devoted to helping all participants reach their physical and mental fitness goals, regardless of ability. From the very beginner student to the world competitor, it is our goal to provide the best possible gymnastics instruction to all students. We understand that success is a choice.  It is our hope that the disciplines we teach that lead to success through gymnastics will also be recognized as a lifelong benefit. This is the greatest gift we can offer our community.
